View the TXM dashboard

Use the TXM dashboard to view actions triggered, cases created, and emails sent during a period.

Prerequisites:
  • Create a rule
  • To perform this task, you must be an Admin, Power User, or Author.
Note:
  • The TXM dashboard only contains data from enabled rules.
  • The TXM dashboard can display results from questions that are authored in different languages. However, the dashboard itself is available in English only.
  1. Open the Actions app.
  2. On the Dashboards page, click the CXM tab.
  3. Find the results of the TXM dashboard reflected.
    Tiles Description
    Rule Summary Table The Rules Summary Table can be used to compare and evaluate rules over time using the following metrics:
    • Total actions triggered
    • Emails sent
    • Cases created

    It covers a 7-day period ending at midnight the day before.

    Actions Triggered This Period Displays the number of actions triggered per day in this period of time.
  4. Optional: On the toolbar at the top of the page, click Filters to filter the dashboard.
    The following filters are available.
    Option Description
    Rule Name
    1. Choose a condition statement to filter.
    2. Select a Rule to apply the condition.
    Time Filter
    1. Choose a condition statement to filter.
    2. Select a Time Frame to filter for results from the dashboard.
    Note: Results from the Time Filter apply only to the Rule Summary Table.
    1. Optional: To remove a condition statement, click the Delete button on the right.
    2. Click Run to refresh the dashboard using your filter conditions.
      Note: You can see when the dashboard was last refreshed in the top right of the page.
