TXM user roles and permissions

Learn more about what roles a user has and what they can access with or without permissions.

The following user roles are available:

User role Description Has access to
Admin Admins have permissions to all areas of the admin interface.
  • Salesforce action settings
  • Create, edit, and delete rules
  • View dashboards
  • Create cases
Power User Power Users are able to create rules, cases, and view dashboards.
  • Create, edit, and delete rules
  • View dashboards
  • Create cases
Author Authors are able to view the dashboards and create cases. Viewing dashboards and create cases.
Agent Agents can edit and create cases. Edit and create cases on the Case List page.
